Here's a sure sign that you are getting older: you develop allergies. And they rule your day.

What a friggin' pain! I am trying not to stop functioning but I have my moments where I want to curl up into a ball and just stay still. And this is on a subway. Ich.

Anyhoo... New York City weather has turned for the better. It's still a bit chilly out there but definitely better. So much better that the husband and I ventured out to Brooklyn this and last weekend. That's no small feet on the weekends because it takes us almost an hour to get out there. Note to everyone who may read this: if you visit NYC and are headed out to one of the boroughs, CHECK THE SUBWAY CHANGES. I suggest going to hopstop.com for help.

So, what am I trying to say? I hate allergies. I hate subway delays. I love the City in the summer. Yup. New Yorker through and through. Later.

I love NYC in the summer too. i sometimes wonder why everyone escapes to the Hamptons. The people in the Hamptons are more obnoxious than people here in Manhattan

I hear you - my allergies drive me insane!
