Vegan Cleanse Menu Day 3
Protein shake
Polenta cereal with mixed berry compote
4 cups of salad greens with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper
1/2 bunch of roasted asparagus
2 glasses of Beaujolais Chardonnay
2 cups of garden salad
2 cups of whole wheat penne with mushroom, pepper, and pea sauce
1/2 cup of tumeric-tomato roasted cauliflower
1/2 cup of dried bananas
Still nowhere near what I should be eating calorically. The wine got me so dizzy. I should never drink on an empty stomach.
