Vegan Cleanse Day 7 Menu
Protein Shake
1 cup of fruit and nut granola
1 cup of jasmine rice
2 cups of seitan, chickpea, and carrot curry
1/2 cup of cucumber salsa
2 cups jasmine rice
1 cup of seitan, chickpea, and carrot curry
3 cups of garden salad with lemon
1/2 cup of dried bananas
I had to finish off that seitan curry before I leave for a couple of days of visiting family in Delaware. I'm surprisingly not hungry. Maybe that third day is really the hump. Tomorrow, I feast on seafood.
